Senior Business Development Manager

Gpower Global staffing Services is a leading provider of recruitment services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation and pipeline development, as well as experience in overseeing sales teams. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing sales processes, and providing guidance and support to junior team members.
Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, closing, and post-sales support.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to ensure optimal performance.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance sales efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant management experience in business development or sales.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Culture Fit: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
