Program Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the success of our organization.

This strategic business PMO position focuses on program governance, reporting, and customer engagement tracking.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B Sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations and possess strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Presentation Design: Structure and design executive-level presentations for B2B Sales customer meetings, leadership sessions, and board reviews.
  • Customer Engagement Analysis: Consolidate and analyze customer engagement data across sales teams and business units to present a unified view to leadership.
  • Reporting and Governance: Prepare weekly/quarterly business reports for senior leadership by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Program Tracking and Support: Track key sales programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
  • Strategic Insights and Decision-Making: Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making through clear, data-driven insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • MBA preferred (Engineering/Technical background is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
