Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning key accounts and farming new business opportunities
  • Translating client goals into delivery plans and ensuring timely execution
  • Managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
  • Maintaining a candidate network aligned to client demand and improving time-to-fill
  • Tracking account health, pipeline, and forecasts and flagging potential risks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
  • Proven revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Contract management, negotiation, and billing/invoicing experience
  • A working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • MSP/VMS experience, rate cards, compliance/SLA governance
  • Prior recruitment operations exposure (ATS, submittal quality)
