
Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be a results-driven professional with exceptional commercial acumen, able to drive growth and expansion in allocated regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with existing partners to identify new business opportunities and ensure revenue targets are met for allocated regions.
- Negotiate pricing and costs with partners to ensure profitability and maximize returns for the organization.
- Explore new opportunities with healthcare authorities to secure special approvals and NOCs for emergency supplies.
- Process tender orders with support from the backend team, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of payments.
- Provide marketing and conference support to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Identify and recommend new products within the existing portfolio to drive expansion and growth in sales.
- Execute and monitor sales orders for smooth operations, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring adequate supply of products.
- Optimize costs on every order to meet profitability targets and minimize losses.
Requirements:
- MBA from a leading business school (Tier 1), preferably in international business or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in business development within a pharma company, handling complex business regions and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with well-acquainted knowledge of Commercial Unit's backend processes and systems.
