
Business Development Manager

- As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with distributors to drive business growth.
- You will need to identify opportunities for expansion and negotiate deals to secure new distribution channels.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations is also an essential part of this role.
- You will set targets for sales performance and ensure that these are met through effective management of your sales team.
- Your responsibilities will include managing stock levels, coordinating dispatches and collecting payments from distributors in a timely manner.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions and identifying areas for improvement.
- You will also be responsible for merchandising and displaying products in retail outlets and analyzing sales and inventory reports to optimize business performance.
- Developing and implementing sales promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in driving business growth. Your skills and qualifications should include:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the mobile accessories industry.
- Strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
- An analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis and MIS reporting.
