Strategic Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth marketing efforts and drive sales success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing relationships with startups and mid-size companies in India.
Competitive Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and account-based marketing. You should possess strong influencing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and outbound sales activities to identify new business opportunities
- Nurturing leads through effective communication and relationship-building
- Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Collaborating with functional teams to support business development activities and budget allocation
