Job Title: Territory Sales Manager-Generalist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager-Generalist to join our team at Kohler Co.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Sales: Plan and execute zonal sales efforts to contribute to organizational revenue and growth targets. Provide inputs to ASM for strategic initiatives to achieve business targets from key accounts.
Business Planning: Support formulation of sales and business plans for the zone aligned to regional sales plans. Cascade sales forecast and budget to dealers for weekly targets.
Market Expansion: Strengthen dealer network by developing new dealers. Meet with potential dealers, assess them, and finalize dealers. Execute showroom opening activities, including design, branding, and product launches.
Relationship Management: Drive excellent relationships with dealers and influencers. Conduct weekly meetings to identify new opportunities. Provide inputs for trade schemes to achieve dealer targets.
Efficient and Effective Dealer Operations: Monitor dealer performance, guide them to achieve targets, and conduct stock audits. Provide trainings for showroom staff on Kohler products.
Market Penetration: Generate new leads, interact with end customers, and build secondary sales. Identify potential customers through influencers and follow up on leads.
Order Generation and Processing: Accountable for quotation submission and order fulfillment to achieve sales and revenue targets. Understand customer requirements, submit quotations, and negotiate with customers and dealers.
Requirements:
Experience: 5-7 years of sales management experience.
Education: MBA in Sales/Marketing or graduate with 5-7 years of experience.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region.
