Sales Performance Manager

At Swaglogistics Pvt Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Sales Growth: Utilize various sales methods, including door-to-door sales, cold calling, and presentations, to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Forecast and Analyze Sales: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, forecast sales performance, and evaluate the success of our sales initiatives.
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Evaluate customer skills and needs, build long-lasting relationships, and provide exceptional customer service to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Meet Sales Targets: Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and expansion.
- Research and Generate Sales Leads: Conduct thorough research on accounts, generate new sales leads, and follow up on existing leads to drive sales growth.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Attend sales events, training sessions, and conferences to stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Provide Sales Insights and Feedback: Report sales performance and provide actionable insights and feedback to management, using financial and statistical data to inform business decisions.
