Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and guide company sales representatives throughout an assigned territory.
  • Maintain solid working relationships with customers by ensuring their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by persuading customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.
  • Develop innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
  • Conduct surveys to better understand customer needs.
  • Promote company products and services at trade shows.
  • Ensure brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.
  • Motivate Sales Representatives to achieve sales quotas and evaluate their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve sales quotas.
  • Monitor competitors' sales activity within an assigned territory.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in direct sales.
  • Ability to travel throughout an assigned territory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales and marketing data.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
