Key Responsibilities:- Train and guide company sales representatives throughout an assigned territory.
- Maintain solid working relationships with customers by ensuring their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by persuading customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.
- Develop innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
- Conduct surveys to better understand customer needs.
- Promote company products and services at trade shows.
- Ensure brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.
- Motivate Sales Representatives to achieve sales quotas and evaluate their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve sales quotas.
- Monitor competitors' sales activity within an assigned territory.
- 1-3 years of experience in direct sales.
- Ability to travel throughout an assigned territory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales and marketing data.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
