Insurance Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Our Territory Development Manager will be responsible for appointing and recruiting new General Insurance Advisors/Agents in their territory and generating new business through them.
They will also prepare monthly plans of business and implement them to achieve desired performance.
Additionally, they will explain and train Advisors/Agents about the company's products and necessary documentation.
They will motivate Advisors for sales and better services to customers.
Our ideal candidate will conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and market trends.
They will also develop and manage marketing budgets.
Protecting and enhancing the company's brand identity and reputation is crucial for this role.
They will oversee brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels.
Collaboration with design teams to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials is also required.
Our Territory Development Manager will develop the full potential of the team so that each one achieves their respective targets.
Generating new business in the field of motor and other non-motor Insurance is essential.
Ensuring sustainable growth of cross-vertical business is also a key responsibility.
