Business Development Head

SynapseIndia, a 24+ years old Software development company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Head to lead our Upwork sales efforts.

We are looking for a Business Development Head with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating significant revenue through Upwork and similar platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives focused on Upwork.
  • Develop and maintain strong profiles on Upwork, ensuring optimization and visibility to attract potential clients.
  • Strategize and execute initiatives to convert bids into leads, maintaining a minimum of 70% conversion rate.
  • Drive the team to maintain a conversion rate of over 70% on leads received through Upwork.
  • Directly engage with high-value clients through pre-sales calls to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions.

We are looking for a Business Development Head with a strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of over 5 years in achieving sales targets and generating significant revenue through Upwork and similar platforms.
