As a member of the Strategic Account Services (SAS) Team at Amazon, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deliver on a strategy for managing Amazon Seller Partners.

With over 300 million customers shopping in Amazon's store, the marketplace presents a vast opportunity for third-party sellers to reach hundreds of millions of customers, build their brands, and grow their business. However, with increasing complexity in e-commerce, the SAS Team aims to leverage the full potential of each Amazon Selling Partner on Amazon.

The team provides leading-edge strategic consultancy using a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to support our Selling Partners to achieve their goals. Our holistic service offering addresses advice on all facets of the Amazon Marketplace, including international expansion, portfolio optimization, fulfillment strategy, product presentation, promotions, advertising strategy, and brand building.

In this role as a Strategic Business Development Consultant for Amazon Sellers, your primary objective is to drive sustainable revenue growth for your assigned portfolio of 15-20 Sellers by developing a thorough understanding of marketplace programs, tools, and processes. You will analyze customer data on listing efficiency, selection, supply chain, advertising, and deals to provide strategic recommendations that maximize the sellers' potential.

You will be responsible for managing additional projects around Amazon's Paid Service, which includes process improvements, tool development, competitive analysis, and sales analysis. This requires a strong ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements while ensuring a great customer experience for buying consumers.

A successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of sales or account management experience, with a proven track record of analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers. Experience with Excel and a passion for developing an engaging customer user experience are also essential.
