We are looking for a Strategic leader who can drive growth and development of some of the most influential sellers on Amazon SmartBiz. The ideal candidate thrives in an ambiguous environment where they must develop, implement and iterate on business strategies to deliver growth and positive experience for sellers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving top line numbers for the business by driving strategic business and operational objectives. They will create and execute strategies to achieve business goals through their team by focusing on acquiring new sellers, growing them and improving business processes.

They will use sales and program expertise to drive seller launches, engagement and act as a Voice of Seller influencing product roadmap. The candidate will collaborate with other stakeholders like Marketing, product, operations and tech to align programs and initiatives to identify potential growth avenues and drive seller success.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth: Contribute to business strategy development and identify correct input metrics that drive growth and improve end customer & seller experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams and other Amazon programs.
  • Possess the ability to manage and deliver against complex goals where strategy is not defined. Able to make tradeoffs between short-term seller needs and longer-term strategic investment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
