Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategic leader responsible for driving growth and development of some of the most influential sellers on Amazon SmartBiz. The ideal candidate thrives in an ambiguous environment where they must develop, implement, and iterate on business strategies to deliver growth and positive experience for sellers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to business strategy development and identify key input metrics that drive growth and improve the end customer & seller experience, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and other Amazon programs.
  • Possess the ability to manage and deliver against complex goals where strategy is not defined. Able to make tradeoffs between short-term seller needs and longer-term strategic investment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
