We are seeking a skilled Tour Package Sales Specialist to drive sales of our premium tour packages to B2B & B2C clients. This role focuses on creating and executing direct marketing campaigns that generate leads, engage potential clients, and boost tour package sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales-Focused Marketing Campaigns:
    • Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns to generate leads and close sales for our B2B tour packages, utilizing email marketing, targeted online ads, telemarketing outreach, and direct mail campaigns aimed at businesses, HR departments, travel managers, and event planners.
    • Identify and prospect potential corporate clients and travel agencies through targeted research, and nurture leads through email, calls, and follow-up campaigns to convert prospects into sales-ready opportunities.
    • Support lead generation efforts by identifying and targeting potential business customers, including corporate travel managers, HR professionals, and event planners, utilizing CRM tools and marketing automation systems to track and nurture leads.
  • Database Management:
    • Help manage and segment B2B client databases to ensure communication is targeted and personalized for maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Content Creation & Marketing Collateral:
    • Work with the marketing team to create and update marketing materials (brochures, email campaigns, presentations) that effectively communicate the benefits of our travel packages to business clients.
  • Market Research & Client Insights:
    • Conduct market research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of corporate clients, competitors, and industry trends, contributing to campaign strategies.
  • Social Media & Digital Campaigns:
    • Assist in the management of social media campaigns and other digital marketing efforts that engage business audiences, raise brand awareness, and promote relevant travel packages.
  • Event Support:
    • Support the marketing team in planning and executing events such as webinars, trade shows, or corporate travel seminars to attract and engage B2B clients.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Track the performance of marketing campaigns and analyze key metrics such as open rates, conversion rates, and ROI, providing regular reports to the team and suggesting improvements for future campaigns.
  • Client Communication:
    • Assist in maintaining communication with existing B2B clients, ensuring they are updated with new offers, promotions, and relevant tour packages that meet their business travel needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in direct marketing, B2B sales, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Marketing Knowledge:
    • An understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and the role of digital marketing in driving business growth.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create persuasive marketing messages and build relationships with business clients.
  • Organizational Skills:
    • The ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    • Familiarity with marketing tools such as email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Team Player:
    • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, design, content) to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Creativity:
    • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box to engage business clients and deliver marketing messages that stand out.
