  • Market luxury properties effectively through client outreach, property tours, and presentations.
  • Generate high-quality leads through systematic outreach, including cold calling, referrals, and networking.
  • Provide data-driven insights and prepare detailed reports on market conditions, pricing, and competition.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for showcasing premium properties.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction and brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, and have 6+ years of experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Luxury Real Estate Sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as well as a results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
