Sales Director for Tech Startup

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to drive growth and enhance our market presence in the tech industry.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our dynamic team, contributing directly to our journey towards profitability and scaling operations globally.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure using cutting-edge tools and techniques.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with growth objectives for Enqos.
- Proactively research and identify potential clients using prospecting tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, and others.
- Execute outreach through email campaigns, phone calls, and social media platforms to establish connections and drive engagement.
- Manage leads within the CRM, ensuring efficient follow-ups and pipeline tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 4+ years of end-to-end sales experience, with expertise in lead generation, strategic execution, and client management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in prospecting tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills with a sales-driven mindset, and experience using CRMs and executing outreach via multiple channels.
