We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join Lario Interiors and contribute to the company's success.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to become part of our sales team and help drive business growth through effective customer engagement and sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with strong people skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. They must also be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and dealing with complaints and doubts in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services using established scripts.
  • Answer questions about our products or services, providing clear and concise information to meet customer needs.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales deals in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Direct prospects to our field sales team when necessary, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Enter and update customer information in our database accurately and efficiently.
  • Take and process orders in a precise and timely manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle grievances in a professional manner, preserving our company's reputation and building trust with customers.
  • Exceed sales targets and quotas by going above and beyond to meet customer needs and facilitate future sales opportunities.
  • Keep records of calls and sales, noting valuable insights and customer feedback to inform future sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.
What We Offer
