About the Role
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Corporate Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring maximum profitability
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized solutions for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential market opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
About the Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
