Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Direct Marketing Executive to lead our direct marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sales-Focused Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and close sales for our B2B tour packages, leveraging email marketing, online ads, telemarketing, and direct mail.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify and prospect potential corporate clients and travel agencies through targeted research, nurturing leads through email, calls, and follow-up campaigns to convert prospects into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Database Management: Help manage and segment B2B client databases to ensure communication is targeted and personalized for maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Content Creation & Marketing Collateral: Work with the marketing team to create and update marketing materials that effectively communicate the benefits of our travel packages to business clients.
  • Market Research & Client Insights: Conduct market research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of corporate clients, competitors, and industry trends, contributing to campaign strategies.
  • Social Media & Digital Campaigns: Assist in managing social media campaigns and other digital marketing efforts to engage business audiences, raise brand awareness, and promote relevant travel packages.
  • Event Support: Support the marketing team in planning and executing events such as webinars, trade shows, or corporate travel seminars to attract and engage B2B clients.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and analyze key metrics, providing regular reports to the team and suggesting improvements for future campaigns.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in direct marketing, B2B sales, ideally within the travel industry, with exposure to email marketing and CRM tools.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and the role of digital marketing in driving business growth.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive marketing messages and build relationships with business clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing tools such as email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives.
