We are looking for a skilled Sales Representative Specialist to join our team at SBS HR. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling products and services, with a strong ability to promote and present them effectively to existing and prospective customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Presentation and Promotion: Present and promote products/services using solid arguments to meet the needs of existing and prospective customers.
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis: Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to identify their requirements and preferences.
  • Business Relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to customer leads through cold calling to explore new sales opportunities.
  • Problem Resolution: Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframes.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective sales strategies.
  • Territory Analysis: Analyze the territory's potential, track sales, and provide status reports to stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
