
Strategic Total Reward Partner

This role plays a vital part in our customer-centric approach. We are embarking on a new chapter where total reward solutions will drive outstanding business performance and individual success.
You will shape and lead our total reward priorities, delivering solutions that support colleagues and strategic business objectives. Operating at a high level of conceptual thinking, you will guide the business through change and risk management, ensuring total reward practices are future-proofed, customer-centric, and drive increased performance.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing total reward advice, guidance, and insight across business units within Group frameworks and policies.
- Developing customer-centric, data-led total reward solutions that deliver differentiated outcomes for specific business units and geographies.
- Collaborating with HR teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions to enhance the effectiveness of total reward and drive improved business performance.
- Fostering leadership and line manager understanding of the value and impact of total reward adoption and use.
You will implement and embed total reward programmes across the business, enhancing total reward value as part of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP). Bringing external perspectives and best practices, you will increase the impact of total reward on organisational performance.
To succeed, you will need:
- Advanced business partnering skills, leading partnerships with leaders to translate business goals into total reward programmes.
- Expert analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to develop effective solutions and make informed decisions.
- Highly proficient change management techniques to facilitate smooth transitions of total reward change.
- Strong storytelling skills with data and business insights to communicate total reward change effectively.
You will also be responsible for innovation and excellence, building knowledge through internal and external learning, and growing the capability of others through coaching and knowledge sharing.
