We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy for the Indian education market. This high-visibility role requires building, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships across various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a tailored partnership strategy for the Indian education market.
- Identify, engage, and onboard key partners aligned with business objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize impactful partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for partner success and growth.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
- Track, monitor, and report on partner performance and market insights.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, with 10-12 years' experience in partnerships/business development/channel management. A strong understanding of the Indian K-12 education ecosystem is essential, as well as excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships, with a deep understanding of the Indian education landscape and its evolving needs.
