Job Description\

The Role of a Strategic Partnership Manager involves developing and implementing organizational strategies for contractor/subcontractor partnerships. This requires researching and analyzing the effectiveness and processes of onboarding, aligning departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy based on demand and supply matrix.

\

Additionally, this role entails planning engagement activities to motivate contractors and partners, assessing market trends and competitors to inform decisions on contractor/subcontractor payouts, presenting findings, projections, and recommended actions, planning, implementing, and managing proposed recommendations and projects, monitoring and reporting on projects, and supporting and guiding senior executives/managers in decision-making processes.

\Required Skills and Qualifications\

  • Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.\
  • 6-8 years of experience in merchant onboarding, management consulting, or strategic planning.\
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment.\

  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.\
