The ideal location is Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and work from office only. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This individual will identify opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth for our IT solutions and services, including software development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Conduct presentations and demos to showcase our IT services and solutions.

3. Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Generate and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

4. Market Research:

  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in IT solutions.
  • Provide market feedback to the technical and marketing teams.

5. Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with the technical and project delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Work closely with marketing teams for targeted campaigns.

6. Reporting:

  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, activities, and sales progress.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into opportunities.
  • Familiarity with software solutions, mobile apps, cloud services, or SaaS products.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Cloud Solutions, and Enterprise Software is a plus.
