Senior Business Growth Manager

Pixis is a dynamic e-commerce marketing company seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive growth and expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
- Manage a high-performing team of business development reps to convert leads and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including revenue operations, marketing, and executive leadership, to optimize marketing efforts and drive business outcomes.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and team performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- 2+ years of experience managing a sales team, with a focus on converting leads and driving sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
