About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Present sales reports and forecasts to management team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
