We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive to join our team, someone who can deliver exceptional sales solutions and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should thrive on developing new leads, showcasing products, and understanding client needs thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and develop new leads for windows and doors by scanning construction sites.
  • Product Demonstrations: Showcase our products at customer sites and the showroom to highlight their benefits.
  • Customer Interaction: Understand client needs and recommend the best product solutions.
  • Client Management: Act as the single point of contact and resolve all queries from enquiry to handover.
  • Repeat Business: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Flexible Hours: Be available to address client needs, including occasional weekend calls.

Requirements:

  • Energetic and Motivated: A professional eager to interact with diverse clients.
  • Communication Skills: Basic proficiency in English and Hindi.
  • Education: Diploma or Engineering qualification preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to interpret technical site drawings and layouts, along with basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Additional Requirements: Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives. The earning potential is high-value sales enable take-home earnings of ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 extra after training.
