About the Role

GrowStack Inc is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Sales Partner to drive revenue growth and establish a strong market presence. This role is ideal for independent, driven sales professionals passionate about AI and automation technology, looking to build a legacy with a high-growth tech startup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential clients and nurture warm leads into paying customers by presenting GrowStack's AI-powered solutions as transformative for their business.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with GrowStack's vision, including positioning AI-driven workflows, automation, and CRM capabilities to meet clients' needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of leads, utilizing relationship-building techniques and effective follow-up to drive deals to closure.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, establishing GrowStack as a trusted AI partner for their automation and productivity needs.
  • Product Demos & Education: Conduct tailored product demonstrations that highlight how GrowStack's solutions can optimize business operations and meet clients' unique needs.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, features, and client needs, enhancing the overall sales approach.
  • Value Proposition Articulation: Clearly communicate the benefits of GrowStack's AI-powered solutions, explaining how they can drive efficiency, streamline operations, and foster growth.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of GrowStack's sales process by suggesting optimizations and utilizing our own automation tools.
Compensation & Growth Opportunity:

Earn 20% of MRR from each closed sale, with a significant earning potential based on performance. Upon reaching $1M in revenue, you will be eligible for company shares, transitioning into a long-term partnership with potential for equity growth.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the AI, automation, or CRM sectors.
  • Strong network and ability to generate leads independently.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and CRM solutions.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment.
