AI Sales Growth Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Sales Growth Partner to drive revenue growth and establish a strong market presence for GrowStack Inc. As a startup, we're offering a unique partnership where you will earn 20% of the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for each sale you close. This role is ideal for an independent, driven sales professional who is passionate about AI and automation technology and looking to build a legacy with a high-growth tech startup.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential clients and nurture warm leads into paying customers by presenting GrowStack's AI-powered solutions as transformative for their business.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with GrowStack's vision, including positioning AI-driven workflows, automation, and CRM capabilities to meet clients' needs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of leads, utilizing relationship-building techniques and effective follow-up to drive deals to closure.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, establishing GrowStack as a trusted AI partner for their automation and productivity needs.
- Product Demos & Education: Conduct tailored product demonstrations that highlight how GrowStack's solutions can optimize business operations and meet clients' unique needs.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, features, and client needs, enhancing the overall sales approach.
- Value Proposition Articulation: Clearly communicate the benefits of GrowStack's AI-powered solutions, explaining how they can drive efficiency, streamline operations, and foster growth.
- Sales Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of GrowStack's sales process by suggesting optimizations and utilizing our own automation tools.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the AI, automation, or CRM sectors.
- Strong network and ability to generate leads independently.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and CRM solutions.
