At Livspace, we are on a mission to revolutionize the home interiors and renovation industry. As a Business Development Manager - Channel Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy by building strong relationships with real estate brokers in your designated zone.

Livspace is Asia's largest and fastest-growing omnichannel home interiors and renovation platform. We use our proprietary technology to provide a one-stop renovation solution for homeowners, from design to managed last mile fulfillment for all rooms in a home.
The platform has organized a fragmented industry, bringing together designers, brands, manufacturers, and contractors to enable an e-commerce-like trusted and predictable experience.
We have already achieved phenomenal growth since our launch, having delivered over 125,000 rooms and selling over 7.5 million SKUs through our platform. The company also delivered 50,000 homes across all our serviceable locations.
Role Overview
Your primary responsibility as a Business Development Manager - Channel Partner will be to acquire and manage channel partners in your designated zone. This includes building a strong network of real estate brokers and developing partnerships with them.
You will ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads through your channel partners, while maintaining the highest level of quality in leads. A high-quality lead can be defined as an Experience Centre Visit or Site Visit for each Customer Lead shared by the Channel Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular visits to channel partners, new and old, to build a strong influence over the network.
- Ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads through the help of your channel partners.
- Maintain the brand image of the company by adhering to a code of conduct.
- Coodinate with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Graduation or Similar Qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business.
- Great sales skills with a knack for connecting with the Channel Partners and End Customers alike.
- Two-wheeler with a valid license.
- Conversant in English and Hindi or the regional language.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹60,000 to ₹80,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
