We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Staffing Bench Sales Executive to independently manage and market bench resources to clients. This is a night shift role where you will be expected to drive sales, build client relationships, and ensure successful placements of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and track the availability of bench consultants, ensuring they are ready for placement and effectively marketed to clients.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their staffing needs and presenting suitable bench resources.
  • Identify new business opportunities, initiate cold calls, and proactively market available bench consultants to existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize placements, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements between the company and clients.
  • Work autonomously to meet and exceed sales targets, with minimal supervision.
  • Keep up-to-date with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and client needs to identify new opportunities for bench placements.
  • Work closely with recruiters and HR to ensure smooth onboarding of bench resources to client projects.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and consultant placements. Generate reports for management on performance metrics and market trends.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IT staffing, bench sales, or business development in the IT sector. They should possess a strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, etc.), excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills. Additionally, they should be self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet targets.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field is preferred, as well as knowledge of the staffing lifecycle and IT recruiting processes. The salary range for this position is estimated to be $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
