Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staffing partners to identify new business opportunities.

Market bench consultants to clients and staffing partners to secure new contracts and placements.

Negotiate terms and conditions of client contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales and recruitment.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
