Job Summary:
We seek an experienced IT Sales Professional for our US Bench position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants to clients and staffing partners, securing new contracts, and building strong relationships with clients and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bench Marketing: Effectively promote bench consultants to clients and staffing partners, fostering business opportunities and partnerships.
- Client Acquisition: Establish relationships with new clients and staffing partners to generate revenue growth and expansion.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of client contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
- Candidate Placement: Match bench consultants with suitable job requirements, facilitating smooth placement processes.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and staffing partners to drive business success.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on current market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies to provide effective sales solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
