IT Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Staffing Bench Sales Executive to independently manage and market bench resources to clients. This is a night shift role where you will be expected to drive sales, build client relationships, and ensure successful placements of IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bench Resource Management: Maintain and track the availability of bench consultants, ensuring they are ready for placement and effectively marketed to clients.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their staffing needs and presenting suitable bench resources.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, initiate cold calls, and proactively market available bench consultants to existing and potential clients.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts and finalize placements, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements between the company and clients.
- Independent Contribution: Work autonomously to meet and exceed sales targets, with minimal supervision.
- Market Research & Strategy: Keep up-to-date with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and client needs to identify new opportunities for bench placements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and HR to ensure smooth onboarding of bench resources to client projects.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and consultant placements. Generate reports for management on performance metrics and market trends.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT staffing, bench sales, or business development in the IT sector
- Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet targets
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts and handle client communications across different time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Knowledge of the staffing lifecycle and IT recruiting processes

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
