Key Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and executing sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
  2. Conducting market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  3. Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services to prospective customers.
  4. Establishing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
  5. Negotiating contracts and closing deals to maximize profits.
  6. Providing product knowledge and demonstrations to clients.
  7. Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling or networking.
  8. Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  9. Tracking sales activities, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records.
  10. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
  11. Resolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
  12. Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
  13. Attending industry events and conferences to generate leads and build relationships.
Requirements

Location: Bangalore & Chennai

Education Qualifications: 12th pass/Graduation

Age: up to 32 Years

Years of Experience:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales banking or fintech domains. Good communication in Regional Language
