Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Celexsa Technologies. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key decision makers, and driving sales growth in the US and UK markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect identification through cold calling and research
- Develop new business opportunities by contacting key decision makers
- Lead generation and finding the right contact for the sales team
- Researching the market to gain familiarization with the target audience
- Responsible for inside sales activities for US and UK
- Analyzing companies in the US and UK market from available data and qualifying them as prospective customers
- Preferably with experience in US/UK international sales
- Should be able to achieve monthly targets for lead generation using social media, job sites, cold calling, and online networking
- Identify prospects and build a sales pipeline via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods
- Have a good understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Qualify all sales leads, routing the opportunities to the appropriate Sales Managers for further development and closure
- Determine the result of respective meetings and follow up appropriately to close the loop
- Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in CRM, producing regular activity reports
- Act as a bridge between Sales and Marketing, be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work towards corporate objectives
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos with prospective clients
Requirements:
- Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Strong internet research skills is a must
- Must be highly organized and attentive to detail
- Be a self-starter with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging work environment, must work well individually and collaborate with the team
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Be willing to work in night shifts (US & UK region)
