Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our sales team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure sales conversion.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Any degree
  • 2+ years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Education: Any degree, 2+ years of work experience
