About the Role

The Sales Team Member will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs to achieve business growth objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet budgeted figures for assigned clients.
  • Analyze market research and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and agencies.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly sales reviews to suggest necessary course corrections.

Requirements

  • Post-Graduation in Sales & Marketing from a reputed MBA School.
  • 4-8 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver within strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of media, advertising, clients, and agency businesses.

Preferred Skills

  • Real estate sales experience is mandatory.
