Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales growth
- Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support of sales efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The estimated salary for this position is ₹12-18 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
