Head of Partnerships

- The ideal candidate will oversee building, onboarding, and managing partnerships across various stakeholders, including ISVs, publishers, ICT providers, APS chains, NGOs, education labs, and hardware suppliers.
- This high-visibility role requires developing a comprehensive partnership strategy for the Indian education market.
- The successful candidate will identify, engage, and onboard key partners aligned with business objectives.
- They will negotiate and finalize impactful partnership agreements.
- Cross-functional team collaboration is essential for partner success.
- Joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement are key responsibilities.
- The individual will represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner forums.
- Partner performance tracking, monitoring, and reporting are critical tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–12 years' experience in partnerships/business development/channel management (8–10 yrs relevant in education/tech).
- Strong understanding of the Indian K-12 education ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build and manage successful partner networks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities.
