Business Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential partners, establishing and maintaining strong business relationships, and negotiating and closing partnership deals.

  • Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic partnership plans, collaborating with internal teams to align on goals and objectives, and ensuring seamless integration of partners into the organization.

This is a full-time role based out of Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Generating leads and establishing contact with Mutual Fund Distributors, Income Tax Professionals, and Chartered Accountants.
  2. Providing them with information about Tata AIA and AIG, as well as the business opportunities available with these institutions.
  3. Cultivating partnerships by convincing them to join as Advisors or Agency Partners.
  4. Completing necessary documentation, training, scheduling exams, and overseeing onboarding processes.
  5. Supporting their initial business setup.
  6. Creating engaging content for digital marketing campaigns and posting it on social media platforms.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships.
  • Experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation.
  • A solid understanding of the Finance, Wealth Management, and Insurance industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
