Key Role

We are seeking an individual to assume a key role in strengthening our presence in the real estate market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong networks with channel partners and developers, onboarding projects on mandate, building lasting partnerships, and ensuring continued growth of our portfolio through strategic sourcing and relationship management.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to position them as effective connectors for us.
  • Drive project onboarding by securing new mandates.
  • Meet and engage with developers, delivering presentations that highlight our strengths, services, and track record.
  • Identify and source new developers to expand our business pipeline.
  • Convert channel partners into long-term connectors to ensure a steady flow of new project mandates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of projects and alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor sourcing activities and provide regular updates to management on progress, pipeline, and results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the real estate market.
