Job Title: Enterprise Partnership Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Enterprise Partnership Specialist. In this senior role, you will play a crucial part in managing and growing relationships with our key enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring strong client engagement and successful adoption of our solutions.
  • Strategic Alignment: Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions to align our solutions with client objectives.
  • Internal Representation: Represent the client internally by working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data, KPIs, and market insights to provide recommendations and measurable value to clients.
  • Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
  • Feedback Loop: Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
  • Industry Trends: Keep track of industry and technology trends to advise clients effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Enterprise Relationships: Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • Technology Knowledge: Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Influencing Decision-Makers: Proven ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • CRM Systems: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
