We're seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our Strategic Partnership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with publishers and partners to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand market trends to identify new partners and opportunities;
  • Proactively initiate contact with newly discovered potentials;
  • Make compelling proposals in response to incoming inquiries;
  • Conduct interactive demos through web conferences;
  • Build, manage and grow relationships with partners;
  • Strategize and ideate to identify new revenue opportunities;
  • Become the single point of contact for all opportunities, queries, and escalations related to publisher partnerships;
  • Identify and segregate potential market segments;
  • Determine the targeted pitch for each client segment;
  • Develop relevant advertisements, sales collateral, and business proposals;
  • Build reports to analyze data and consistently increase revenue;
  • AB Testing Elements, Features, User Journey;

Requirements and Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a process-driven mindset;
  • Excellent work ethic, problem-solving and proficient time management skills;
  • Ability to stick to deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong analytical abilities;
  • Passionate for learning and working effectively both autonomously and within a team environment;
  • Ability to leverage your logical and reasoning skills to identify issues, best solutions, and approaches to a problem;
  • Comfortable working at 2 pm - 11 pm IST working window;
