About This Role

This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in partnership management and business development within the dynamic ad tech industry.

We are seeking a motivated individual to assist our Partnerships team in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with key ad tech players, publishers, and other relevant channels.

The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with our Partnerships team, contributing to Joveo's growth by expanding our partner ecosystem.

This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in business development and partnership management, while also learning about the operations of a leading HR Tech startup.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential channel partners and evaluate their fit within our strategic goals.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of partnership proposals, presentations, and reports.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the ad tech industry and digital marketing.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to tasks.
