Enterprise Relationship Manager

Are you a results-driven professional looking for a challenging role in account management? As an Enterprise Relationship Manager at Shipsy, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic account management.
Responsibilities will include developing and implementing plans to enhance customer satisfaction, revenue, and business success metrics for key accounts. You will work closely with CXOs to identify new opportunities, build strong relationships with large global customers, and drive business outcomes through landing new opportunities and growing existing key accounts.
This role requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and a good first principle thinking approach. A BTech degree from a Tier 1 school is mandatory. The estimated salary for this role is $160,000 - $220,000 per annum.
