Job Title: Sales Lead Generation Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced business development professional to drive sales growth through lead generation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate leads using various channels.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies using tele-calling, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Set and meet weekly targets for generating leads to support the sales team.
- Continuously monitor and improve lead generation processes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a sales or marketing role.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business development.
- Proficiency in using tools like Lusha, Mr. E etc.
- Proficiency in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Course certification in IT would be an added advantage.
