Lead Generation Business Development Specialist
Job Title:
Business Development Lead
A highly skilled and experienced Business Development Lead is required to focus on generating leads through various channels for the sales team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and convincing skills, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation using tele-calling, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Set and meet weekly targets for generating leads to support the sales team.
- Continuously monitor and improve lead generation processes to enhance efficiency.
- MIS & Administrative assistance:
- Assist the Regional Head in preparing comprehensive reports and Management Information Systems (MIS) that provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to facilitate informed business decisions.
- Assist the Regional Head in day-to-day administration of the office.

Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a sales or marketing role.
Skills:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business development.
- Proficiency in using tools like Lusha, Mr. E etc.
- Proficiency in using MS Word and MS Excel. Proficiency in using MS Powerpoint would be an added advantage.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Course certification in IT would be an added advantage.
