Job Function: Sales ManagementThe Business Development Lead will be responsible for establishing relationships with customers and driving business growth within the franchise, aligning with company policies and goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives
- Possess in-depth knowledge of products and a good understanding of other offerings
- Through effective leadership, motivate and develop employees to achieve sales targets
- Foster long-term positive customer relationships to increase satisfaction and build loyalty
Role Overview:
Responsible for managing orthopedics joint product lines in tier 4-5 cities. Product overview: Orthopedics joints range of products.
Customer Segmentation:
All orthopedic surgeons in tier 4-5 cities.
Requirements:- Graduation degree or PG diploma in Business Administration preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in sales management
- At least 4 years of demonstrated ability in people management role would be preferred
- Channel management experience required for the role
